I had started this "quilt as you go" project during the summer to use up some scraps...
I tossed it over an antique side board and that's where it's been resting ever since...
...until last night...I got my scrap box out and began randomly piecing...
...randomly stitching...randomly quilting and voici! here is is: finis!!!
...but, alas...I had to use more fabric in order to be able to shut the box...
...so this pieced top is what I came up with...
It's sandwiched but not yet quilted. It may be put on a shelf for a while since I'm back to work tomorrow with no free time until next week...we'll see...
Great colors. Isn't it fun using up scraps?
